descriminateは、「差別する」という言い方です。また、「差別」という名詞は、 discrimination です。
日本では、年々宗教に関係なくハロウィーンを祝うお店や学校が増えてきました。

increase 「増える」という表現でもいいですが、get popular （人気になる）を使うと、より自然な表現ができます。例）In Japan, cerebrating Halloween is getting more popular with schools and stores each year.
日本人に宗教を尋ねると、大抵の方からはどこにも属していないという回答を得るかもしれません。
If you ask Japanese people what their religion is, you might get an answer that says most of Japanese people do not belong to any religions.
belong to ~ =「～に属する」という表現です。例）I do not belong to PTA, so I won't attend the meeting.（私はPTAには属していませんので、会議には参加しません。）
