depend on =「〜次第」という意味があります。例）明日の予定は、全て彼女次第です。= Plans for tomorrow all depend on her.
送料は5キロ増えるごとに300円アップいたします。

「〜毎に」という表現は、every〜を使いましょう。例）「五分ごとに見に来るよ。」=I will be checking on you every 5 minutes. 「三日ごとに外食に出かけます」=I go to eat out every 3 days.
